The rv's will be parked in a different area from where the trailer is now, right? When are most people parking their rigs there? Thursday? Friday?

The club campers are going to be parked to the right of the current placement of the club trailer. I plan to park a 5th wheel there on Thursday night.

Don Don- I didn't see the date listed on the FTR thread. The only reference I saw to a date was "looks like August"--- Patrick

We were by there Sunday afternoon and I saw where the club trailer had been moved to. I thought when I asked if we were coming in like with the RV's like we did on the workdays, I was told no, we'd be coming in on the other end somewhere. I'm not sure I could get my Class A in the same way I went with the Land Cruiser. Not without a lot of entertainment, anyway.

There is a lot to do this weekend. Tomorrow, 4/13, we are meeting at 9am at the property. We need to put in some fence posts and burn in the course. A few more arrows would help too ! We need to finalize the parking lot lay out and the gate plan. Some of us are meeting at the Famous Amos on Normandy at 8. All are welcome so come join the fun !!

Please dont hang any more arrors in the first 2 miles. I will be there Sunday to finish tightening up the first section. The only place I saw in the first few miles that "may" need attention is at the Sat / Sun split and something seemed confusing at the road crossing after the split. That swamp in the first mile of the course has a 90% chance of not being used so dont fool with that. The reroute around the swamp is right before you turn right and run into the very large downed tree with the danger arrow. Just turn left. 20 feet you will hit the road. Make a right. Go 50 yards, turn right back into the pines. pick up the arrows there.

I'll be out early Saturday afternoon to get a lap on the GoPro. I hope to post it to the FTR and RCDR forums on Monday.

Riders should also be mindful that other persons actively use the property, including those with guns, firing live ammunition, and setting up targets in the areas where riders would be.

Went out AM to the HS course. Rode one loop of the Saturday course and two loops of the Sunday course. Long course has a little for everyone with good flowing single track, numerous road crossings, open field, log crossing (made it both times), palm meadow roots, stump alley, a little mud and a bunch of cows. Re-routed a few times for the cows as they we're looking at me kinda funny. Still needs some ride in but should be fun come race day. I plan to be out again next Wen. Around 9am if anyone wants to ride the course.
