Sure would be nice if club members would commit to a few days for our only true fund raising event. We only have six weekends till the event. This event actually pays for our lease (dues do not). So if you like the lease show up. The event is good for our sport and good for us to get together. We need your help to pull this off, please commit to a few days.

Not sure if we will be doing any clearing tomorrow but bring your staple gun and pouch, some loppers or machette, something to drink and mosquito spray . Be there and ready to ride no later than 9:00 sharp.

I'll be back out there next Sat. Hopefully I'll have the RM by then, but I can bring the DR if we need the milk crate.
And if we need the milk crate, I promise to have a net over it. ;D

Very good turnout for both days! Course direction and lay-out is totally changed. New trail being added daily. Only one big thorn in our side left to" connect the dots", and will require HAND WORK, i.e. shovels . Does anybody have a roto-tiller we can use next weekend? Probably need to do another 2 day weekend, then weather permitting cut back to 1 day work, 1 day play(if you earned it). Still alot of trail cleaning to do, special focus on horizontal roots near turns, NEEDING to be CUT and NOT ignored(Sharpen the axes!) More later in the week.

Who has the job list? DJ and I will be there both days. He plans to ride in the C class, but other than that, can help.
Are there any electrical hook-ups at the MX park?

The track co-ordinator told me he is limiting the # of hook-ups due to overload. As of now , none available. You may be able to get water--ONLY. Lake City Campground's cost would be cheaper with a coupon, anyway! PLUS, nice refreshing POOL!!!!!!!!! Just don't try and cook their ducks!!!!!!!!

Thanks, Mundy...I'd much rather stay at the more civilized campground, but we have a Class A motor home...which leaves me with no way to easily get back and forth. I could bring a trailer with a scooter for me. Or maybe I can come up with another driver and get my truck over there. We'll work on figuring something out.

I'm sure there will plenty of people coming and going all weekend. That's what club support is suppose to be. Helping each other.
