Hi all,
we need to get out to St Mary's Shoals and do some cleanup and arrowing in order to do loop connections. We will not necessarily be adding any new trail for right now. The plan is to complete Tim's loop so all park riders have a decent safe and marked trail. We need to work around the clear cuts, they are hazard fields, not good for riders or bikes. I will run crews, with Mundy specifying where, what and when. Days I am looking at are May 7th/8th and May14th/15th. That leaves next weekend open for last FTR race of season and 2 weekends prior to the Durhamtown club ride weekend of May 20th-22nd. I would like to hear from some people before those weekends to try to plan ahead for workforce availability. Please keep in mind we are also wanting to do a club party out there in near future, so all work done prior to that will make the difference in our riding experience at that time. It's getting hot but it's what we do to enjoy our sport, so please make an effort to help out.
Thank you all, Scott Morgan

I didn't realize Next Sunday is Mothers Day so I don't think we try to work that day. Unless anyone objects. That being said I would like to see a strong turnout for Saturday. Recent rides have shown that there is a ton of work to do but most of it is easy trail cleanup. arrows, staked arrows, debris cleanup from tree clearings, and some trail cutting for Russell's wild ride trail. I have everything in mind for the day and just need people. Of course any tools you can bring will be helpful(handsaw, pocket trim tools,Trimmers-battery or gas, chainsaws, staplers, water, snacks, etc) Come by 8:30 if you can so we get out there and get done before the brutal heat comes. Thank You All in advance for the help!

Excellent work day at the Shoals. Thank you John Bekanich, Mike Snyder, Dave Kersey and the Schubert father son team. Next Saturday and Sunday will also be work days at the Shoals, please show up by 8:30 so we can see how many we have to work with. Still plenty to do, we need help so please come out. The hard work benefits our club and the general public which helps with our relationship with the county.

Thanks for giving Mundy a break and for your leadership, Scott. Found this on the far northeast section of Tim's Loop on Saturday. Looks like KTM or Husqvarna. Anyone missing a foot?

Had 4 of us working St Mary's Shoals today. Thank you John Adams, Jim Garrison and Jack Watson. We did good work and made our trail longer and more fun in my opinion. Did some muscle work for sure. Maybe more tomorrow depending on who comes out.

The DR mower is repaired and fully operational. It will need non-ethanol fuel on site before use.
