In case you missed the email from Nathan concerning our Enduro this weekend, and our Lease please read the following:
Hi Folks- Race weekend is upon us! There will be plenty of action this weekend and we will need lots of hands to support this great event. Below is an outline of information you need to know for this weekend.
When you arrive: (GPS N29.32393 W81.53319 )
Club parking will be designated just past the registration tent along the treeline. You will pass the entrance to the main camp / parking area and make a left along the fence. Club parking to your right in the corner.
Volunteer check in
When you arrive, please come up to the registration area and look for the 'Volunteer check in' sign. This is where you will sign in for work credit, get your spiffy new track crew shirt, meal tickets and most importantly receive or confirm your job assignment. I am planning to be around this are most of the day- so look for me.
Remember- no experience is necessary, so bring the whole family!
Food and accommodations
Primitive Camping is available on site for all club members. There is no power or water, so plan accordingly. The ground is fairly stable, so RVs should have no trouble. The only restrooms are port-o-lets. For each day you work, we will provide meal tickets for use with Twisted Okie, our caterer. Meals begin with Friday dinner, 3 meals on Saturday and breakfast and lunch Sunday. The club will also have water, gatorade and sodas available at the club trailer.
What to bring?
-Bike / ATV / SxS - some jobs are a fair distance from camp
-Bug spray and sun screen
-Rain gear (to keep the rain away)

Lease
It is unfortunate that we have had to close the lease, but it's important to give some time for neighbors to cool down and the club to make plans for re-opening. Moving forward, each bike that goes to the lease will be sound checked by a club representative before you receive the code. If you are working this weekend at the Enduro, there will be an opportunity for your bike to be checked by the tech crew. If you pass the Db test, we'll be happy to share the new code with you.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend! If you have questions before the weekend, please reply and someone will reply ASAP.
Thanks,
