I've recently moved here to Jacksonville from the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia and due to the lack of elevation I need to rejet my carbs. I have an 04' Raptor 660 with a stage 1 hot cam, 12:1 weisco piston running 50/50 fuel, 20 over, ceramic coated powerbomb headers w/fmf titanium muffler, k&n filter w/no lid & geared down 1 tooth in the front. I currently have vito's 160/165 main jets with 25 pilots w/dyno jet needles on the 3rd clip w/floats adjusted per the 3mm clear tube mod, however, now that I'm out of the mountains on flat land, I'm sure she needs some fine tuning. Any suggestions? I also have a new gripper seat cover I need installed if anyone knows of a place that can do so? I'm looking forward to hitting Florida's infamous trails sooner rather than later. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

floridatrailriders.org, has a technical and a quads section on their forums, you may have to get one of our FTR racers to post it, but those guys are tuned to Florida conditions. That exhaust have a spark arrestor?
