We have reached the 200 racer limit requested by the county for our event. It only took 3 days of pre-entry to fill it up. Lots of excitement around this inaugural race on new property. Thank you Mundy, Monty, John, Scott and the numerous others that have been putting in work to get the loop completed. With that said we will need all hands on deck race weekend to make this event not only successful but also to add to the great impression we've made to the county / Park. Keep an eye out for future info here and on our Facebook page.

If anyone knows if I missed anyone else, please add. They can't be thanked enough.

Anyone reading this that doesn't know Jimmy and may get the impression he's a slacker didn't witness the hard work, both behind the scenes and on the course, that he put in as our Hare Scramble Chairman at the Gatorback H.S. in April.

Plan as of late for members-- Nov. 20/21 Club camping @ horse parking, there will be a RCDR lock on horse side gate to get in by early Sat. morning, there is firewood cut and stacked @ pavillion which can be burned in provided stands only, easy drive to atv side. For those members coming up for daytime, there will be RCDR lock on atv gate in order to get in, atv side is sign-up, club trailer, meeting area for members and general parking . Park will be closed for any public riding both days. Both gates (particularly the horse side) must be kept locked , atv side locked until specified times on flyer and attendant present.May have an explorer's club parking crew to corral the campers. We don't need any one wandering in. Finalizing food for club/competitors-- Sat. evening dinner, Sun. breakfast and lunch (country fresh cooked). Bring chairs for sign-up.Planning on lighting at atv pavillion . More to come as needed.

Last minute updates are in club e-mail, facebook. On another note, we will have a final clean-up the weekend after, weather permitting, no real heavy lifting, but last chance to putt around the horse side for awhile. See you this weekend!
