We have some very exciting and important business to cover at our next scheduled Club meeting on Tuesday (11/08/16)! The club has the opportunity for our Eagle's Nest Enduro to be a qualifying event for the US International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) Team. This would mean some structural and logistical changes for our event, but it is without question an incredible opportunity for the club.

RCDR Members,
Here's an update from the meeting tonight about our upcoming Eagles Nest Enduro:
As we previously mentioned, AMA has offered to make our Enduro a qualifier for the 2017 US ISDE Team. This would make our event a two-day enduro. Top ranked national level riders would be traveling in from all over to enter and race in our event. They would be participating with the hopes of making the US ISDE Team.
Needless to say, some logistical changes would need to be made such as: registration, tech, impound, and timing (to name a few).
The ISDE is a six-day long endurance event. Riders must ride & work on their own bikes. It is a timed event consisting of special timed sections and transfers. The bikes are subject to strict rules for tech inspection, impound, and replacement of parts.
The 2017 ISDE event will held in France. Glenn Hunt is our Trail Boss and will be leading the effort to make this an unforgettable event.
The important dates to remember are as follows:
16, 17, & 18 December 2016 - (Enduro Work Weekend)
06, 07 & 08 January 2017 - (Enduro Work Weekend)
13, 14, & 15 January 2017 - (Enduro Work Weekend)
20, 21, 22 January 2017 - (Enduro Race Weekend)
28 January 2017 - (Final Clean- up & FUN ride (Saturday))
Remember, we need everyone to come out and help make this a success!
